Extremely central to Nice, especially old town and place Massena. Room was as advertised, with a very comfortable bed, great facilities. Our host was very helpful and responsive.
Check in was a tiny bit confusing, we didn’t have our room and there wasn’t a typical check in desk but once we found our host, everything was very easy. Have your what’s app/phone contact ready at check in

Location and clean
The hotel has no lobby or elevator. There was no baggage handling service, and the price for the night we didn't use was deducted, but the money hasn't been refunded yet.
