Hotel is within 9 minute walking distance to all the key spots and the tram is couple minutes away. Rooms are large spacious and the balcony is nice, Hotel staff is outstanding and extremely helpful. One feature I truly like is that the shower and toilette are in separate rooms adjacent to each other.
Avoid the Cafe Gioffredo across the street because the food is below average and the staff is loud. It has no connection to the hotel. Offering a tip.

Great location for the old town and the beach. We had a fabulous suite with large balcony which exceeded our expectations. Lovely helpful staff. Valet parking was very useful. The pillow menu.

The hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible by public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is plentiful and tasty. The room was a decent size with a very large bed. The toilet and shower are in separate areas off the main bedroom. There's a desk with a mini fridge and a small round table and chairs. The room has a safe in it too for valuables.
The toilet area was quite tight and small and may not suit everyone, also the sink was to wash your hands was in the separate shower area.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was good
The room was worn, aged, and damaged. the air-conditioning was a problem, as well as damp issues. Overpriced for the quality of the room. Bathroom was dated and tired.
