Tout était parfait. Le seul bémol, c’est un peu la literie avec un sur matelas en mousse vu que mon mari est un peu fort, c’était pour lui pas très confortable mais c’est le seul petit détail tout était parfait.!!

The checking in was easy as code sent to us as we checked in, it was all new well equipped room that had recently been renovated and was very clean and modern decor. The location was perfect for a city break right in the heart of Nice.
Could have done with one more toilet roll.

Good location, room was nice and clean and good AC. Easy check-in/check-out and helpful staff who you could WhatsApp at any time.
The room felt on the smaller side compared with other similar-priced places we’ve stayed. It also lacked sufficient storage - we struggled to unpack and store everything from 2 suitcases.

Good shower and water pressure, clean room, very good and on time communication, the location is very good close to everything.
Building itself is very dodgy, dirty, always sketchy ppl waiting and getting in the building. In fact, one night they got in the building we heard them walking around for a while and had to put a chair behind our door. Also, the smell in the building is terrible, smells food and urination everywhere in the building. The hotel is located on the 2 floors of this building and their floors are clean but bc there are other families living in the building and I think bc of the airflow our room always smelled like someone’s kitchen. You can hear all the noises from the hallway too. Bed was not comfortable. Bathroom area has a mirrored glass door and person sitting on the toilet is always visible no matter what.
