Perfect place to stay in Nice. Easy to find and close to everything. Clean and comfortable and the staff were very quick to help with any queries

It was very clean and modern. The shared seating area was great to relax in or to have breakfast.
The metal shelving for storing your clothes etc is very high! Not designed for short people!

This was a great location and close to the beach, just about a 15 minute walk to the old town centre as well. The room was just what we needed for our short staycation. We was able to check in early and the host goes out of there way to ensure people can get in as soon as possible.
The air conditioning just took about a day to fully kick in and make it super cold but once it had been on for that first day it was great. So if your someone that gets hot, maybe request it getting put on in advance. I would have loved for the venue to of had a pool but it was a short walk to the sea.

Location to the beach was great. Very clean and renovated. Staff responded promptly to any inquiries. Very easy access to the building and room.
The beds and pillows were terrible. Very nosy we could hear every time someone came in or left the building. Way too small for 4 adults.
