The location is excellent and the outdoor facilities are great to relax after a busy sightseeing day.Very good breakfast and restaurant. The staff are very helpful about everything. Near the train station and tram line. 10 mins walk to the Old Town and shopping. Visited Cannes ,Antibes and Monte Carlo easily by bus and train.
Overall a good experience

We were upgraded which was nice, the room was a great size with a very comfortable bed. The facilities were really nice, and we made good use of the swimming pool area at the end of the day to relax.
The room could have done with a full-length mirror, the only one was in the bathroom. also, if a firmer pillow could be supplied, the feather ones are nice, but don't stay very high.

The rooftop pool. The breakfast buffet. Great location.

The size of the suite for our family. Separate sleep areas for children and adults. That there was a pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were excellent. The towels were great.
Stains on the walls of our room. Water changing from scorching hot to cool in the shower. Toilet seat firmly attached but screwed on squint, so hanging off. Broken hairdryer that burned your hand whilst using it for a period. Jacuzzi bath looked in terrible condition in the bathroom, we chose not to use it. Handles were broken off, sliding doors in the bedroom, and I cut my hand whilst using it. Curtains did not close properly. Air conditioning did not work, so the room was scorching hot, even in October. Bleach mark on the carpet. You could see food mess and packaging mess under the sofa fold out bed. Quiet to sleep in main bedroom, but a lot of traffic noise in the children's sofa bed area. Chipped tiles in bathroom.
The swimming pool area and jacuzzi area are overmarketed. They are much smaller and in poorer repair than advertised. Sunloungers have holes forming in them. The area is generally tired and unloved. It looks nothing like what appears to be an AI generated image by the front door.
The hotel in general is in need of a lot of refurbishment. It was meant to be a treat to finish the holiday. It wasn't.
