The upgraded room (thanks to the staff) on the 5th floor with balcony was spacious, clean and comfortable enough especially for the money paid. There is room for improvement in terms of the maintenance of the facilities and breakfast but overall the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff compensated most of these things easily.
Nuances only... Probably the breakfast is the only point I would highlight here. There are a few disturbing things like the quality of the installation of facilities like bathroom tap, shower drainage, low water pressure of the bathroom sink.

Nice breakfast, close to downtown, good sized room, kind and helpfull staff.Close to train station. Free water, coffe, tea and popcorn in the lobby is a plus!
Not so close to the beach and promenade.Too many mosquitos in the hotel and on the hotel outdoor terasse. We got queen room with no balcony☹️.

Lovely air conditioned room, with comfortable bed, and instantly available hot water. Great location, close enough to station and Jean Médecin, but in a quiet street, so great for sleeping. Cold water machine in the foyer also very useful. Finally, last but not least, friendly staff.
