The location was great, as it was two blocks away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The held our luggage because we came before the check-in time, and they also held our luggage after we checked out because we had about 5 hours before our flight. The hotel room was very clean, and the room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is perfect; 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the old town.
The hotel has a nice parking which was essential for us.
And the staff is superb, very helpful and kind.
Unfortunately this hotel does not keep up to the 4 star standard. The furniture is dated, scratches and dents are visible on the closet, some mold in the bathroom as well as rust on the faucets. The towels had some stains, and stains were visible on the bathroom doors. Unclear why the dishes were not washed by the cleaning staff.
Overall the hotel does not feel like it is worth the money. I have stayed at 4 star hotels in Nice for lower prices, and they were fabulous.
