It’s close to Aldi, Nice Ville station.
No human communication. Very transactional.

Ottima posizione in pieno centro e a due passi dalla linea 1 del tram. Camera perfetta, tutto nuovo e pulito, la struttura ha pochi anni di vita e si vede. Check in facile e intuitivo in piena autonomia. Punto forte il balcone da cui si vede tutto l'entroterra della città. Fornito di lenzuola e asciugamani di ogni genere.
Unica pecca l'assenza di tovaglietta da cucina e sapone per i piatti ma solo per chi dovesse avere bisogno di usare il piano cottura

Das Personal war äußerst unfreundlich, man kümmerte sich überhaupt nicht um uns und unsere Fragen wurden bewusst ignoriert

Very comfortable room and nice little kitchen. Also very good location.
There were no shampoos& shower gels so you may consider bring some.
Also the parking near the hotel is quite difficult, if you are traveling by a car.

Easy to get to by the tram, cca 25 mins walk to the old town. Quiet neighborhood with stores and pharmacy just around the corner. Cozy balcony with a nice view from the 7th floor.
No room service (at least not for 3 nights) - towels, trash bins etc were not changed.

The room was very quiet and clean. The kitchenette was lovely to have. We enjoyed wine on the balcony at night with beautiful city views. It's walking distance to the train station. Can recommend 👍
4pm check in is really late but maybe this is normal for France I'm not sure.

We had access to the open space and needed to work a bit, so that was super useful. The check-in is super easy and contact-free. The cute balcony was a plus and location ideal with a 20mn walk to the beach.
There was no option to leave the suitcase on the day of departure (weekend) which was not ideal. If anything, the pillows were not great at all, but that was far from an issue for an otherwise great trip.

i must admit, the appartment was not really comfortable - the bed was not nice at all, we had pain in the back every morning (we are thin girls, so i wouldnt recommend to a man) - bin and toilets broken, same for shower gel, no coffee machine (or we may have missed it) - the hosts were NOT responsive at all. i let a message to know if we could arrive earlier and or let our stuffs somewhere, i never got any anwser back which is disappointing as it took us 25 min to understand how to get in as well....

The location is amazing, cleanliness was very good. Having grocery shop and pharmacy next to property was very convenient.
Entertaining code on the main door while checking in was challenging for non French speakers

The location - 10 minutes walk to nice-ville train station (to go to Cannes, Monaco etc) and 30 minutes walk (15 by bus) to go to city centre
Big supermarket and pharmacy nearby and lots of coffee shops
Amazing view (our room was at floor 7)
The bed was very small and the matress hard.. we hardly managed to sleep few hours at night, very uncomfortable
No cleaning was made in our room in our 5-nights stay (not even new towels or new toilet paper - we had to buy it)

It was a well-equipped, clean and comfortable apartment with a really city-view balcony. Close to the tram stop and a big supermarket right below the building.
The double bed was a bit small for 2 people
