the location is good,but hard to reach by car,because it is semi pedestrians area.

the hotel didn't reply our question about parking. we didn't know where to park and spent 38 euro for the first night without discount. the hotel has a discounted rate at the nearby Q park. the triple room is too small.

Reception staff greeted with smile and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned and topped up with things needed. Location great

Choosing this budget hotel, we did not expect such good service. We liked everything - polite staff, cleanliness, normal linen, daily change of towels. And most importantly, they have created an almost homely atmosphere here, where you feel comfortable and safe. And it is practically in the center of the city.

The beds were perfectly comfortable and the room was clean. The atmosphere of the hotel is really nice with the restaurant in front of the hotel.

Nothing to dislike :)

the room is very clean; the staffs are really helpful with reserving parking and luggage storage after check-out. also it is very close to T1 tram stop and Nice train station.
