Great location, right on tram and train station a few mins walk away, rooms cleaned daily, good price, good facilities for the price paid. All the staff were lovely.

I could have had tea and coffee facilities in the room. Room was a little expensive.

Close to the city center.
Access to the parking not properly explained, smell of food downstairs, a bit dirty on the floors downstairs.
