The service was excellent, and I would especially like to thank all the reception staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, welcoming, and always friendly. I truly appreciated your professionalism and warm attitude throughout my stay. A big thank you to all of you for making my experience even more enjoyable.
Nothing in particular. The hotel is in a convenient location and very easy to reach from the train station. However, if you are coming back late at night, I would recommend taking a taxi or Uber rather than walking alone. Apart from that, everything else was great and I had a very positive experience

Location
The neighborhood is poor and dirty, and it also feels unsafe at night, especially with some drunk people passing by while shouting and occasionally getting into fights.
