The staff was excellent and very helpful and professional. The property was very clean and loved the decor
The room listed a sofa sleeper & they knew we were mother & son and that one of us would be sleeping on the sofa. It was incredibly uncomfortable. When I asked them about it they knew it was like that an offered some suggestions - mainly adding a mattress on top of it which mean the sofa had to stay open during the stay. They should have offered that from the beginning or offered a room change. If you list it as a bed option it needs to be sleep able
