right in the heart of the city
It was also two stories high, and the air conditioner was on the lower floor. Not much cold air reached the upper floor. Unfortunately, while the children were freezing downstairs, we were roasting upstairs. Also, it is very strange that the hotel's minibar wasn't working in the middle of summer.

The staff were friendly. The room was small but comfortable. The location was perfect.

Location was very good, close to central statiin and main shopping street, as well as tram lines.
Room was too small, towels also very small and thinned out.
Check in process was chaotic as it seems staff were on training anf had no idea what so ever of what they were supposed to do.
No real lobby to sit down and wait.
