The Hotel is located in an awesome area cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies all near by
2 metro metro stations in a walking distance, and the staff is super friendly and helpful
the only downside was the several stairs, but this is something you expect since a lot of hotels in Paris do not have elevator, beside that all good

Friendly staff, good location, good neighborhood, cheap price
No elevator, no airconditioning, it was 40 degrees outside and inside, noise from the street, towel smelled bad

The view was beauty. Have sink in the room to more privacy.
The floor was a little bit dirty with men's hair when I arrived the first day. The shower water gets hot after a long time. The shower is a small closet and the door doesn't close properly.

"It's a great choice for few nights if you want to reach the sights easily and Orly as well. Nothing fancy but clean and tidy to stay here. Even the shared shower, toilet was clean."
