The welcome was warm and the room was clean neat and tidy. We particularly enjoyed our evening meal and the breakfast was also very good. The location was lovely with good views over the sea. Unfortunately the weather was not great so no building of sand castles.
The hotel is a little way off the Via Francigena but actually worth the extra half kilometre of walking.

The wifi was not working properly, smell from cigarettes came through ventilation system.

The View was amazing.
Room smaller than expected, no kettle etc, shower cubicle could do with being updated and only 1 chair in the balcony.
