About the schedule time of breakfast of 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM, we suggest they make a little adjustment to 10:00 AM if it's not that too much because some guests usually take breakfast a little late. Every morning when we are already out from our room, they emptied our small trash bin inside the bathroom. We stayed in this accommodation for sleeping, taking a bath and of course with free breakfast and parking. For the price of accommodation we paid for staying, it's cheap.
I would like to make comments only on these following points: the first time we arrived, our room at room 3 (for 3 person) facing east side, was not yet ready, we are told that we need to wait a little minutes for the floor to get dried, meaning it was at that time they started mopping the floor. A little minutes we went upstair to our room. The electric kettle is full of thick dust as if, it was never been clean for weeks. The small and medium towels although washed is colored grey, you cannot see it clear white that it should supposed to be. The room is not that totally clean. We removed the dust on our bed headboard, cabinets and two small chair that becomes our bed side table and something to hold our soaps and shampoo in the shower area (because there is no soap holder inside the shower). The shower cubicle is very small, the water gets out of the cubicle because it was too shallow. So we need to put that grey colored small towels to sip the water coming from the shower. We usually bring our own shower head with filter to used it for showering. And we returned back properly their own showerhead to it's position. They provide one small cabinet that cannot even fit a small luggage. We didn't know that the two very small potato chips snacks and a small yogurt (we called it complimentary items or welcome amenities) are not free. We are surprised we need to pay 12 Euro for it because we consumed it, only that three very small snacks. They should have not put it there on the top and inside of the fridge if it's not for free, and should have told us that we need to pay it if we consumed it. The rest of our hours for the whole day starting after the breakfast and up until 10:00 in the evening, we are outside at Gaeta and Sperlonga for swimming, trekking and sight-seeing. The only time we are using the air conditioner is in the evening when we arrived and we are sleeping. The AC does not give off strong cold air, but we don't complain it.
