It was in an exceptional location
The staff at the bar were a little blunt and grumpy, the seats at the table sank too deeply into the sand, but it was still nice

Location was excellent, right on the beach. Great pool and poolside restaurant was very good set on the beachfront. Sun lounges provided on the beach. Lots of restaurants close by & bars with live music. Beautiful sunsets.
Rooms were a little small. Unfortunately breakfast was terrible, worst we have had in Vietnam.

It’s a good location by the beach, has restaurants and small shops around.
Hotel is quite old, AC is very loud and we heard neighbors around us.
