I like that it’s well located not far from the night market, and it’s has heaps of spas and restaurants around, the room set up was great spacious for us, staff so friendly, yummy breakkie with sea views, big pool

It is a resort and next to the beach.
The breakfast is good.
My room was in a good and convenient location in the resort as I partly relied on a wheelchair.
Staff are friendly.
Food streets not far from resort.
Nothing much except quit far from main tourist sites such as Vin safari, Vin Wonder, Sunset Town and Hon Thom Cable Car.
If you like the beach and quiet place it’s good.

The location of the property is excellent and the views are amazing . Great beach
We started off with a standard bungalow and had no internet access and no view . We ended up upgrading to a superior bungalow at double the cost . There was no offer to move the bags we’d placed in the standard bungalow to our new accommodation’s. We were told that once we’d changed rooms we were to walk back up to reception and return the keycard to the standard bungalow . Not great service considering we’d just payed double to upgrade ! . Superior bungalow was much better but the bathroom wasn’t great . Absolutely no shelving in the shower so everything needs to sit on the floor . It’s a hand held shower and if you put it back into the bracket it sprays over your head and hits the back wall ( I’m 6ft 2 ) no way to adjust it up or down . Simple fixes that could make your stay more enjoyable .
