Tesisin konumu havalimanına 15 dk mesafede, ulaşım uygulamasından çağırdığımız araç ile 4 usd civarı, night markete araçla 3-4 dk mesafede ve 1 usd civarı. Tesis ana caddeye yürüme 2 dk mesafede ve bu caddede herşeyi bulabilirsiniz. Tesis denize sıfır, long beach genel olarak güzel bir plaj değil. Plajda tesise ait şezlong, şemsiye ücretsiz. İsterseniz havuz da var.
Tesis epey eski. Biz bungalowda konakladık. Bölgede aşırı sinek var, pencerelere sineklik taksalar sorun çözülecekti fakat yok maalesef. Odadaki duşta sıcak su yoktu ve duş kırıktı. En önemli sorun ise yatak çok aşırı sertti. Yatak ve duş yüzünden otel değiştirmek zorunda kaldık, çünkü yatakların hepsinin böyle sert olduğu söylendi. Kahvaltı kişiden kişiye değişir, bu paraya ancak bu kadar da diyebilir, idare edebilir, ya da çok yer doyarsınız, tercih sizin,
