Great location well situated in central ubud. Very friendly owner and super clean. For the price you can’t really fault it.
The bathroom is very dated and holes in the wall that are literally open to the outside. Also the rooms are so noisy and the walls are so thin. Super early being woken up and can hear everything

Very tranquil setting
excellent location down a short lane way from the Main Street, very quiet can’t hear any traffic
1 minute walk to first shops & cafes of many along the main rd & surrounding area
all of the staff were very friendly & helpful
and the young man made & carried our breakfast upstairs to our balcony every morning
breakfast was amazing & freshly made
our room & bathroom was spotlessly clean
, immaculate
within walking distance to sacred monkey forest & ubud palace
& dozens of cafes & shops & spas
tv would have been nice to watch world news

Good central location down a quiet side street, helpful staff, good value for money, good air con.
The balcony doors don’t actually lock in place properly so you can move them to the side and fit in the gap, wifi was temperamental, only 1 towel was provided each and didn’t seem very clean.

The location was really good.
The breakfast, very basic and no where to sit. Not having a kettle. Pool area wasnt great. The family live there and it felt awkward.
