Location, and the service was super good for a non-ryokan hotel
The pillow was too low for my husband, but they offer pillow options at the lobby so it’s been taken care of.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the river.
There was something wrong with the warm water distribution to the room and it took a long time to get shower/bath warm enough. I believe they have fixed the problem already.
