Sve je apsolutno fantasticno domacini kuća kreveti lokacija jednom rijeci sve . 20/10 hvala puno na predivnom smještaju i gostoprimstvu dolazimo opet i mi i nasi prijatelji

Großer Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick, Suite war echt groß, gute Klimaanlage, großer Kühlschrank, Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer reserviert und konnte auf dem Balkon genossen werden. Tolle bauliche Infrastruktur, faktisch eine feudale Villa.
Kleines Doppelbett (zwei Matratzen wären erwünscht gewesen), nur eine Liege auf dem Balkon, mit dem (vegetarischen) Frühstück wurde man zwangsbeglückt, Kaffee war ursprünglich nicht ausreichend (wurde aber nachgebessert).

--Grosses Zimmer und Balkon, mit Wäscheständer --Super kalter Kühlschrank.
--Frühstück liebevoll und frisch zubereitet, abwechslungsreich.
--Dass ich zu Beginn 30% auf ein Konto in Litauen überweisen sollte, hat mich schon stutzig gemacht, aber zum Glück hat es geklappt.
--die Parkgebühr war sehr teuer
--die Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank waren sehr laut
--bis ins Zentrum braucht man ca 30 min zu Fuss
--leider keine veganen Optionen beim Frühstück, und der Kaffee (French Press) beim Frühstück war ungeniessbar.
--Im Zimmer war der Safe kaputt und die Wanduhr hatte keine Batterie

The breakfast was good. The Wi-Fi signal was good enough. The room was clean and well maintained.
The four stars next to its name are extremely misleading. This is NOT A HOTEL, but rather an Airbnb type of establishment, a home stay.
Both the description of the establishment and many of the reviews are also misleading:
- Contrary to the description, there are no bathrobes and slippers in the bathroom;
- Contrary to the description, the sauna was not offered and was obviously not available during our 3 nights stay;
- Contrary to many reviews, there is NO PRIVATE Beach;
- Contrary to many reviews, there are NO FREE SUNBEDS and UMBRELLAS on the beach;
- Contrary to many reviews, there were NO BEACH TOWELS provided for free.
Here are the rest of unpleasant things that we experienced:
- A sign on the front door greets you with: BE NICE OR GO AWAY!
- To be nice includes: you pay EUR 200 as a security deposit, in case you damage the IKEA style furniture: no receipt given; you pay in advance on arrival the full price for all your stay (cash only, no receipt given!);
- You will be asked to switch off the air conditioner, when you are not in the room!
- The parking arrangement is not the best: you have to negotiate with other guests, if you need to move out;
- I was charged EUR 5 for a broken water glass (We buy them in pairs and we have to go to Rijeka to buy them, was the excuse!!!)
All in all, I am not convinced that this establishment deserves 10 points score for the service it provides! Many of the reviews, that give it 10 points, are dated out of season and lack any argumentation.
So, be careful what you pay for!
