From the time we stepped into the Reception area we were totally overwhelmed and impressed by the friendly hotel staff, that couldn't do enough for us. We spent our first night in Crikvenica at another hotel but were totally disappointed so made a last minute change and booking at Hotel Crikvenica, which was an absolute "game changer". The location was fantastic with easy access to the beach and the room itself was beautifully modern and immaculate. The hotel cafe staff were equally wonderful and very happy to provide us with plenty of ice to take back to our room (ice seems to be a bit difficult to obtain in Croatia), in order to enjoy some "refreshments" while taking in the fabulous view from our balcony. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Crikvenica again... thank you for making what started out as a bit of a disastrous stay in this beautiful location, into an absolute dream!
I didn't like that we spent our first night in alternative, sub-standard accommodation, and only got to spend one night in this FABULOUS hotel.

Parking and unloading luggage was a bit problematic, however, well managed.

The hotel was great with great location in Crikvenica downtown and port with many attractions.The room was very clean with lovely bathroom.Also ,the hotel staff including ladies at reception desk and ladies in front hotel bar where they serving fantastic smoothies and double coffee were very friendly.Big greetings from me and my daughter ,and see you in August.

The Personal didn't bring our cars in the right time. We have already announced them a day before we want to make a little Trip and that we need our car, and they said that they will bring it at 10 in the morning. After 2 hours of waiting in the Lobby and in Front of the Hotel it finally arrived. This ruined our Trip, because we Had to drive Like 2 h till the destination. ( The parkplace ist not at the Hotel, they have Personal that drives with your car. And ist's Not cheap. 15 Euro per day).
Another situation again with car, one of the family member did Not felt good in one night. And he forgot his medicines in the car. At 7 PM we announced that we need something front car, and they said Like in 2 hours the driver will bring them. That night we didn't see the medicines. It seems that the driver forgot to take them. I have to tell that these situations kind of ruined our Holiday. We didn't want to take our car anymore during our stay. We just moved around the hotel.
