Excellent value for money, at least in low season. it's a simple hotel, nothing too fancy, but it has a nice breakfast, spacious rooms and fairly good location. The staff was friendly and accommodating, smooth check in and check out.
The beds were my biggest issue. Quite uncomfortable, maybe it's not the case for all beds or all rooms. But in our case it wasn't great. Improvements in the bed area are necessary. Overall is like a vintage hotel, some things are a bit dated, but generally well maintained. Considering the price, this wasn't a huge issue.

Good location, nice garden with a terrace, space to live your bags if you come earlier, nice lobby
Disgusting smell from sewerage! We couldn't sleep because of it! Even with closed windows, you can feel it and your head is blowing up.
Another terrible thing is extra poor sound isolation. Our bedroom was behind neighbors bathroom and you hear them so good,that it seems they are taking shower or peeing right behind you.
Short bed with strange wooden part above the head which is not very useful and makes more discomfort.
Lot of stuff looks very old and extra used. Wouldn't come back here even because of a reasonable price.

nice balcony, ok room and good breakfast. Cleaning staff had good attitiude and team spirit..
Noice from neighbouring rooms like no walls at all, luckily had quiet neighbours. Staff gave our room keys to others so someone rushed in when kids already at sleep, and no compensation from that. Room was not as spacious as in booking.com photos. Air condition took half of our small balcony space. There was 10€ difference in tourist tax against us in first payment paper and what we paid a day later since card payment machine was not functional when we arrived.
