Perfect location in front of the beach with access to it via stairs from terrace. Host was super friendly and helpful ! She was Easily reachable and made the process of check in and check out very easy. There are many restaurants near by and a little convenience store (keep in mind this apartment is right by the beach this means you need to go to up and down a lot of stairs !) We loved being able to wake up to the sound of waves :)
The bed was a little lumpy/uncomfortable
We wished there was some sort of privacy divider between rooms in the terrace area

Amazing view and location.
Very confortable. Especially terrasse.

A bit expensive but the location would be fine for 6 people easily.

Proximity to the beach (just down a few stairs), well air-conditioned and had everything we needed got our stay. Also had a dehumidifier to tackle the Summer humidity.
Needed a deep clean (under the beds etc) and could benefit from some light decoration. You have to go down two flights of steps from the car parking level so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues.
