Fantastic location with a breathtaking sea view from the balcony and bedroom. We enjoyed easy access to both sides of the beach; the more distant stairways are recommended for a gentler climb.
The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean, with regular changes of bed linen and towels. Paid parking is available, which is especially useful as there are very few parking options in compact Sveti Stefan.
We also recommend Amadeus restaurant by the water on the left side of the beach — the sunset during dinner is unforgettable.
We would happily stay again!
Beach towels, a washing machine and a dishwasher would be nice additions, but the amazing location and sea view definitely outweigh these inconveniences.

Very friendly people who take good care of the apartments. Location is great and very near the bus stop and the beach. Apartment is very comfortable and the balcony with fantastic view over the island is a great plus.

We took the studio downstairs without sea view, since we did not care much about it. The flat is really economic, which is a big bonus. Overall, it has been renovated and is well equipped to survive a few days.
The AC is old and extremely noisy, and since the flat is small, the airflow is directed right towards the bed. So you have choice between noisy and cold, or quiet and hot... except for you don't because the neighboring studio has the same AC model.
As we discovered, some people keep the AC on round the clock even when they are outside on the beach (someone has to tell them that there are no AC in hell).
As a consequence, terrace in front of the studio is completely unusable. The flat is in the dense area, so nearly no air current, even outside.
Eventually, we solved the problem by finding another accommodation. So, if you are trying to save money, don't do it here - unless you are an AC fan.
Overall, Sveti Stefan is overrated and the best beaches around are closed by a luxury resort from this year. The rest is occupied by beach bars and plastic beach beds. You can see but you can't swim :) But this is not the fault of the flat.
