The resort is amazing in locating spot for me to see the views of clouds and hills
They want to clean the room and make freshness for smell. That's only disappointed for me. And need subscription for tv.

Velley view from.room and outside resort was excellent, this is the best stay i experienced so far in ooty.
Service should have been better, there is no proper cleaning. With the limited staff we cannot expect fast service but it should be better when your resort in such beautiful location.

Review : 10th May to 12 the may 2025 booking of 102 suite at Tulip valley view, Ooty
Best Part : The property is located at best location in terms of valley view and away from ooty
Food : We ordered Dal fry and Jeera rice , found it good and worth
Not so good part :
1. The room has absolutely no ventilation, so at night we woke up multiple times due to a lack of oxygen in the room
2. The room has wooden flooring, which feels very unhygienic as it looks like the carpet has been removed, so all wooden tiles are up and down, and possibility of getting hurt while walking
3. Non-availability of enough staff makes the place very unclean
4. Switched off the room lights at night and till morning, I was wondering why there is no light in room. Morning, the staff came and simply switched on the lights from the outside electric board.
5. The roof is also not painted properly
6. The room gyser was kept at too low temp so water was just lukewarm
7. Overall cleaning of the room was done the next day after the complaint
Overall, except for the view from the room, I found nothing worth the money they charged. Idealy, the hotel needs a proper interior to be done as the wardrobe is old, the carpet seems to be removed, the washbasin has a crack .
