The luxury pool villas are extremely well designed and furnished, but the air conditioning system needs an upgraded. Receptionist Ms.Noy is a great asset to your team.
The staff should be better trained to communicate in English. On many instances this proved quite difficult

I liked the swimming pool access with the balcony from my from and can walk around the resort like u in a garden.
1- The resort is 18 min drive to mall and hua hin center and they don't have free/paid shuttle service.
2- The Fitness center is small.
3- In breakfast they put in my eggs ham twice mistake in a same day and in in room dining didn't again thu i ordered veg pizza.
4- When checking out somebody called me before my deadline hour to come and get ready for check out while my drive arrives, i told the reception that someone called me they said nobody called (like im lying or crazy) but in a polite way.
5- It's a resort that the staff are trying to make the resort 5 stars but the resort won't give them the hospitality that they could give.
6- The Beach Is 500m away.
7- The coffee and tea in room is a joke (1 black tea and 1 jasmine grean tea) and that for 2 people.
I enjoyed the stay but not much.
