We stayed twice at B&B Eliana at the start and end of our summer holiday in Tuscany so this review is for both stays. Lovely host Eliana was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The room and facilities were clean and well provisioned. Excellent breakfast with delicious homemade cakes. The location was close to a tram stop and super convenient to go to the city or the airport in just a few minutes. Eliana booked a local taxi for our early morning flight and even provided us with a packed breakfast.

Was located very close to the airport and tram line. Rooms were very clean. The hostess was very accommodating and provided a wonderful breakfast.

We were 2 weary travelers and were met with a smile and a hug from Eliana. Very sweet B&B, conveniently located but unfortunately we left at 4 in the morning and weren't able to enjoy the breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The garden area was sweet and the breakfast area was charming. We spent so little time there but the impact Eliana had on us was strong - she could not have been kinder, engaging and more helpful with arranging and confirming a taxi to pick us up at 4am. We would definitely stay there again.
