The hotel, rooms, beach setting & landscaping is beautiful. The gym & spa is exceptionally good.
Service at the Stella and beachside restaurant & beachside bar is very poor. Dinner staff at Stella are untrained, do not cope & it leads to a frustrating dinner experience.

The view was great. The beach facilities was nice.
Better towels for the beach. Property needs maintenance and to include more TV channels for Arab guests.
The food variety was little and room service food as well as restaurant orders come cold.

Honestly, my words of appreciation are very little compared to the exceptional reality and warm hospitality we experienced during our stay. You truly deserve so much more praise, and l am not exaggerating at all when I say that your service and care were beyond wonderful.

There was some kind of smell and there was not much to do other than going to the beach
