The location (right on the waterfront just South of Nissaki) is delightful. Although the property is close to the coast road, the traffic noise was low, and the ambient sound was generally the lapping of the waves. The water is clear, clean and (at the beginning of September, when we were there) very warm and inviting. The property has paddle boards and a kayak that guests are free to use (and we did!). It is the perfect spot for rest and relaxation.

Everything was perfect! The entire property is very peaceful and feels very safe and private. The hosts’ cats and dogs were very sweet and enjoyed lounging around with us, and their company was lovely. The Cottage was perfect for our group of four — two of us slept on the sofa-beds in the living room and they were super comfortable. But by far our favourite part of the property is the view. Everything is absolutely breathtaking, it feels like a dream. The private beach is the cherry on top, especially for August when all the beaches around the island are crowded. There are also paddle boards, a canoe and a floating platform which we used (and loved) for no additional cost.

Die Lage des Hauses direkt am Meer war unglaublich schön. Die Terrasse mit 80 m2 wunderbar. Fliegengitter in den Schlafräumen waren in Ordnung.
Die Ausstattung im Wohn- Küchenbereich ist wohl 30 Jahre alt oder älter, alle Bezugsstoffe waren voller Flecken, der Couchbereich war quasi nicht zu benutzen. Kein Fernsehanschluss( war nicht schlimm). Alle Kissen für den Aussenbereich verleimt und fleckig. Die Bäder feucht, das Toilettenpapier musste im Mülleimer entsorgt werden, übler Geruch in den Bädern. Im oberen Bad kein Abfluss am Waschbecken. Die Spülmaschine war defekt, konnte nicht benutzt werden. Toilettenbrillen wacklig. Toilettenbürsten verrostet. Wir hatten keinen Staubsauger, keinen Besen oder Wischmopp um selbst zu putzen. Der Wäscheständer zerbrochen. Die Plane um den schönen Wein zu halten war ein Wasser- und Katzen Halteplatz.
