Should be the best place to stay in Le Mans!

We stayed only one night in this beautiful apartment but it is definitely perfect for a much longer stay! The room is large with a huge and comfortable bed, spotless clean. Furnished and decorated with great taste, we really loved it. There is also a small kitchen area, including a fridge, coffe and tea making facility, cups, plates...etc provided. There is a nice courtyard which is closed by a gate, the secure and free car parking place just in front of the apartement was a big bonus for us as we were back to home after a 2 weeks holiday and our car was fully packed. The whole place is very quiet. Laurent is an incredible kind host, communication was easy, as we arrived he was already there to explain everything and even called the restaurant to book a table for us (which was great!) as Sunday evening fast all the restaurants were closed. We had a great stay here, would be happy to return at any time.

Lovely decor, very comfortable and everything we needed. Host was very welcoming and keen to tell us all about the surrounding area and best places to visit

This apartment has everything you need and is a short walk to ancient walled Plantagenet city with its cathedral

Perfect stay

Laurent was very friendly, helping with locations and sharing ideas what to see and where to go. Everything perfectly clean. Really silent night, and secure parking area. Will return with my family. 5 star host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A vey pleasant base to explore the old town a ten minutes walk away.

Spacious and comfortable room with a small kitchen area. Exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful.

Breakfast was very good and well presented. Attention to detail. Helpful host brought it to the apartment at time to suit us. Advised of local places of interest. Excellent secure parking.

excellent spot for visiting the old city

location is perfect to visit the old city. secure parking very handy too - meant we didn't feel the need to unload everything from the car overnight. Breakfast very good as well, and delivered to the door by our host.

Superb

The location was excellent in regard to access to both the old town/city center and the LeMans circuit. The fact that there was designated parking was a plus as well. Apartment was very clean and neat. Comfortable mattress. Would stay again.

Great value for money place to stay in Le Mans, easy walking distance to the centre of town.

Well located and on the ground floor so easy getting the luggage into the room. Room was basic but has what you need for a comfortable stay. Laurent was a very accommodating host even with our lack of French.

Very friendly and helpul host. Parking in front of appartment. Easy walking distance (about 10 minutes) from historic City Center of Le Mans, with nice walk along the river. Room perfect for short stay with small kitchen.
