Barely adequate for £102 with no breakfast. Would not stay there again.

Although the room was in an old building, it was clean which is the most important thing.

The shower was probably one of the worst, if not THE worst I have ever experienced in a B&B. Took ages for the hot water to get there. Then it went from hot to stone cold and the flow almost stopped in the space of five seconds. Then it went to really hot, hot enough to burn skin. There was a good mirror but no socket anywhere near to plug in a hair dryer. We had to climb two flights of stairs, which would have been fine except the second flight was really steep and the treads were really narrow. they weren't wide enough to put your whole foot on, which meant that coming down them was really dangerous. You had to turn your foot sideways to put it on the step which isn't easy, especially when carrying luggage. These would definitely not be suitable for an elderly person.

Being originally born in Hartlepool ,it was good to see that Seaton Carew ,is still thriving and it

for what I required all was available

Only reason for not giving a 10 was and this is a recommendation, is that the kettle was situated above an electric plug on a flimsy piece of timber shelving ,being a retired Health and Safety person ,its normal to check items ,however this is an easy fix.

it’s exceptional in every aspect. seems the manager was a traveller in his/her other life. they pay attention to detail e.g providing extra linen and pillows, fragrance, Netflix, YouTube etc to mention the least.

I would have loved to check in earlier to enjoy this fabulous place to the fullest. may a day before

Give it a try. Nice property and beach front

Great off road parking in large car park. Few hundred yards from beach,shops and bars. Room was large with all expected facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Great value and very friendly owner. Good wi-fi Thanks recommend this property Alan

Nice hotel very clean and comfortable but noisy door closings

Breakfast not required location good

Noisey door closing by others using shared toilet / bathroom facilities this is a common trait that others care little for others quiet time.

Excellent place for a short stay with a great welcome from the host

Chris was extremely hospitable when I met him and went out of his way to assist me when I arrived. The room was clean and had all the amenities I could have hoped for. The room was warm, and the bed was comfortable - I had an uninterrupted night's sleep for both of the nights I stayed. Finally, the bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent too. I look forward to staying again.
