Room was large and comfortable. It was nice to have a swimming pool. Staff were helpful but we struggled to be understood sometimes as we only speak English.
The general areas could have been a little cleaner.

A rustic ”small paradise” in a middle of Colombo. Pool was good, rooms as well. We did not wanted to stay in fancy turist hotel with hundred other quests. I can recommend this for i.e. families.
There were squirrels, lovely cat and late afternoon we also saw big bats eating fruits from the huge trees.
I think the level of maintenance could be improved because of the location in a middle of the city is superb.
