There was no breakfast included nor served. it's stay only . So the caretaker serves you afresh coffee press coffee on request.
Small simple continental breakfast offer as there is no cafe in walking distance

The design and layout of the Residence makes it a unique feel.
They run out of filtered bottle that day and was none available. It could have been organised the day before.

It is a beautiful house designed by Geoffrey Bawa and his team. Central location and the ambience is just wonderful.
Some food options or restaurant menus for delivery would be helpful.

Architectural design of the property , very calm feeling and very friendly staff.
In the master bathroom better to have tap were for WC.
