Great location. Central to what we needed. Very clean and tidy. Very quiet considering how close you are to everything.
Bed is small but we understand why due to room.

Absolutely brilliant staff. Stars of the facility - friendly and extremely helpful. Without a doub the best thing about the place. The beds were pretty comfortable too. The location is convenient when the Northern Line is running properly. Price was good for London.
Not a conventional hotel experience at all so not what we were expecting. The room was cramped and felt thrown together (stretched wires and extension leads, not enough room to swing a cat) so wasn't overly comfortable. Just doesn't feel like a hotel. If you're after a convention hotel experience, this isn't it.
