La posizione è eccellente, si raggiungono a piedi diversi punti di interesse e il quartiere è molto bello, anche ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici. La camera è molto grande e lo staff è disponibile. Acqua e bevande rifornite giornalmente senza costi aggiuntivi.
Lo spazio in camera (che comunque è un po' vecchiotta) non è ben organizzato: ci sono solo circa 20-25 cm tra il letto e i muri... L'asciugacapelli era rotto (proprio crepato, il beccuccio veniva via ed è evidente): in una struttura di questo livello non mi aspetto di dover chiamare la reception per avere un phon di ricambio (peraltro non particolarmente bello). Sono intervenuti subito, ma comunque non doveva succedere. La colazione personalmente non mi è piaciuta, ma è questione di gusti. Per spegnere alcune luci bisogna alzarsi e fare il giro della stanza. È stato l'hotel più caro di tutto il mio soggiorno in Giappone e anche quello che mi è piaciuto meno.
