Amazing stay! The location is perfect, the hotel is brand new and the rooms are huge. Staff went out of there way to make sure we had the best time

I have to say. I have never stayed better anywhere in the world.
We had the nicest room with our own bath on the balcony. Everything was incredible loving and tasteful. Even the little bar in the lobby provided drinks and snacks included in the price. So we had the rare chance of tasting gin and whiskey from Kyoto which is impossible to buy anywhere.
But, the best for the last: I have never felt more welcome in a hotel. The staff was like family to us. We miss you guys 🫶🥹 Domo arigato gozaimasu to all of you! 🤍
🤷🏼♀️nothing there.

This hotel opened recently, and it shows. Everything is immaculate.
The staff were attentive and quick to help whenever we needed it. They gave us great restaurant recommendations, walked us through the best ways to get to our next town, and helped us sort out tour options.
The room was beautiful, down to the nice glassware and quality bath products. We were greeted with a welcome drink at check-in, and a tea service was set up in the room when we arrived. Small touches, but they made us feel cared for.
The lobby bar was a treat. A good selection of beer and whiskey, plus snacks and little desserts. I really appreciated coming back each day to cold drinks waiting for us. It felt like coming home. I also loved the espresso maker in room and downstairs.
The location is ideal, within walking distance of everything Gion and downtown Kyoto have to offer.
I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. We didn't want to leave.
Could have had a few warm breakfast treats. But overall awesome.
