La posizione è centralissima vicinissima al carrugio e alla stazione per potersi muovere a piedi. Il bar pasticceria nella struttura sono sicuramente un plus
Pulizia strade e campane della chiesa adiacente purtroppo possono disturbare chi non è mattiniero, ma non ci si può fare nulla però magari una migliore insonorizzazione potrebbe isolare dal rumore delle porte che sbattono nei corridoi

La casa molto spaziosa, ben arredata e pulitissima con uno spazio esterno funzionale e dotato di tutti i comfort.
Bellissima posizione immersa nel verde ma a breve distanza dal mare.
