Quite new, well kept as fresh. Swimming pool and access to the sea. Friendly and professional staff at the reception. Some staff at the restaurant and bar. Special thanks to Beatricia
Few people from the bar (also the place for quick lunch and snacks) staff were probably new, their service could have been better.

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff; kitchen was excellent (although limited variety); food & beverage prices were ok (should not be higher though); generally a well cared for hotel with good service
Generally (and this is a general Italy problem in my view) - things are simply to expensive for what is on offer; while e.g. our room was very good, it should been of a higher quality for the (high) price; there was some noise from outside guests which impacted the ability to sleep

other side of the hotel is next to a rail, we couldn't change a room and the trains are passing frequently
