The location of medistay was great. The hotel room itself was clean, very small and no change of towels even after a 3 n

Bed was not comfortable. The blinds did not block out the sunlight, towels are not changed over daily. I had to email to get new towels.

Would stay again

Neat, clean all good

Room 6, needs curtain on window additional to blinds as too much building light comes through at night disrupting sleep. Hot water takes a while to come through, not big issue.

Great location, after hours staff excellent.

Location was great for us. We were a 7 minute walk to were our son lives.

The coffee and tea was out of date and there was no spare rolls of toilet paper. Having said that our contact Michelle rectified the problem that night.

Superb

Since I do not have an Australian phone number, Michelle contacted me before to make sure that I have the code for collecting the key. All very uncomplicated and pleasant! The free WiFi was good enough to have some online meetings with several people at the same time.

comfortable, great location and very safe

fantastic location so I could get to the hospital quickly especially when my dad became critical late at night

a little pricey for just the facilities without access to cafe shop/ Restaurants. especially with no daily service.

We chose to stay here because of the close proximity to the hospital. won’t stay again.

Close to hospital

The step into the bathroom was high. The position of the television wasn’t good, the corner of the screen was cut off because of the cupboard. There was only one chair so the other person had to sit on the bed. The smell of food cooking comes through the air conditioning and can be very unpleasant at times. The property is overpriced for what you get.

close proximity to shops and hospital

the blinds did not shut out any light so at 5am it was so bright in the room. when you are here for a procedure or operation like we were it wasn’t ideal

Disappointing

Clean, modern room

Unmarked step up to bathroom caused a fall. Very small, cramped room. Owner gave little help with problems. One side of mattress went up.

Devastating, we checked out 30 mins after arriving

the property did not meet the expectations of the photos or description. the lounge shown in the pictures is a community lounge room. in our booking we requested a double bed, which was confirmed, however on arrival the room was twin beds. the room was very tiny, it is hard to move around to get to bathroom & relax. no wardrobe for hanging clothes. This is not suitable accomodation for tourists/visitors to Sydney. We were so disappointed we didn’t stay. We found appropriate tourist alternative options 11 kms away at Cronulla.

Medistay staff were great and the place perfect for the hospital trip we had to undertake.

Very modern with everything needed and in a great location. A short walk to anything you could need.

A king bed would of been fantastic but not sure if it would fit. the water pressure in the shower was very poor also.

if travelling with someone less abled, this property is quite dangerous.

The facility was close to St George Private Hospital. It made it easy for family support during treatment.

On arrival, the unit was very dark. As an asvertised stay for easy access, this proved very wrong. There was a 7 inch step up into the bathroom from the main floor. It was not easy to navigate, no hand holds, and the dark colour of the tiles on the face of the step and the floor of the bathroom, which melded with the dark carpet of the main floor, made it very difficult to see the step and navigate it. It was advertised as a fully self contained unit, however there were no tea towels, a used dish sponge, no garbage bags and even after requesting these were not provided.

Convenient, comfy, safe but parking nightmare!

Very clean, comfortable and conveniently close to St Georges Private Hospital! Shower pressures was great! Felt very safe with the keylocks on outside doors at night to get to elevator.

The ducted air-conditioning that you couldnt change settings....heater wasn't the best to counter the aircon set at 19degrees blowing in your face as you tried to sleep. Lack of parking...very expensive parking if you need to be close to hospital!

Great accommodation, good stay in general.

Very conveniently located to where we needed to be. We also managed to move our stay dates on by one day without any hassles and we were accommodated with an early check-in as well. This is the second time we make use of this accommodation and once again we were very pleased. We highly recommend it.

The shower shelf was a bit dirty and the shower towels had some make-up marks on them, there were however enough other towels to use. The kettle was dirty inside as if someone made coffee in it directly, we decided to rather not use the kettle.

Well located near St George and walking distance to Kogarah Station.

Good location Largely quite clean except the bathroom (only noticeable with close inspection however)

Not well sound proofed - could easily hear the neighbours’ conversation clearly as well as the cars on the road.

Easy access, easy parking, great location, clean, a nice experience all up.

Very easy to get to St George Private Hospital where my mother was staying. Very close to shopping centres, retaurants, parking was very good. Cannot complain at all about anything.

I didn't not like anything. The step into the bathroom could be a problem for some but not for me. It was a very nice break away considering.

Jeff who manages the premises was great to deal with.

The WiFi was poor and I rely on that. Parking was an issue was rather expensive.

Excellent location. Easy to find. Adjacent car park.

A little noisy during the night being close to major thoroughfare. Certainly would stay again.
