The villa was well equipped, very clean, king sized bed in master bedroom was huge and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well which was just as well as the temperature was just over 30c during our week there. Loved the pool, we didn't have it heated and found it was a perfect temperature and a really good size. The villa is in a lovely quiet location with private off road parking. The goodies in the fridge were very welcome and a good selection, ham, cheese, butter, bread , jams, water and orange juice.plus some tea bags and sachets of coffee. Everything you needed to start you off. We didn't see any staff but the villa was cleaned half way through our week and we were surprised with a bottle of wine after they left. We had a really nice holiday, thank you
It would have been nice to have had a safe in the villa to put any valuables/passports and a second key. We left the key in the door overnight in case of any emergencies and us having to get out in a hurry and having to move the key between the front and back doors could potentially lead to it being misplaced. Also if there were 4 people staying and 2 wanted to go out on their own and 2 stay at home there would have been an issue as two keys would have been required. It is a little far from the centre of playa blanca for the beach and restaurants, around 25 minutes walk (35 to the marina Rubicon) but we were aware of this when booking.

So private and spacious and exactly as shown in photos . In a lovely cul de sac and 15-20min walk to either marina rubicon or the main town . Taxis were only €3-€4 to local areas and so quick to arrive when called from the property.
Only complaint was the beds could be a bit more comfortable the mattresses were a bit hard.

Property was exceptionally clean and tidy. We have stayed at these villa’s several times now and they never disappoint. Would highly recommend
They are a little out the way but we hired a car and taxies cheap enough

Villa is a good size in a quiet location
Pool is a good size
Comfortable lounge area
Outside pool area is a great balance
Top deck is good but needs furniture to make it a useful space, maybe some wind protection as well
Location - peaceful not overlooked. 25-30mins to town, 40mins to marina. €4-5 trip back
Welcome pack was a nice thought
Room lighting is poor in 2nd room
You only get one key to open every door in the villa.
Pool not cleaned
Not enough cups, glasses and cutlery
Showers need a refresh
Aircon did not work in the lounge. After 3 attempts to fix, I didn't want a maintenance visit for our remaining 4 days.
Driveway entrance is very tight even for a small car, people parking on roads outside make getting into the drive even more challenging
