The location was practical to reach by car and still walk to Toledo old town. The interior was a little old, but functional and clean. The family room had enough space, but we were on the top floor so we had only a sky window for light and view. I appreciated that I could find a parking space just in front of the hotel, and there was a large public parking space across the street as a an option. It was good enough for a road-trip stop.
No complains from us, taking into account the price and performance. If you are ok with a little older looking decoration, you should feel comfortable.

Great location. Lovely walk in to the old town.
Staff were very helpful. They were able to book a taxi for us to go out and allowed us to store our bags on the last day until our pick up time.
Beds were very comfortable. Room was lovely and clean and quiet.
Would've liked breakfast at the hotel but the restaurant was closed. However they were able to direct us to a lovely cafe next door.

I had stayed before and found it
nice enough to return to, despite some reservations about staff attitude. Unfortunately, my impression that foreign tourists are held in total contempt was confirmed in a most unprecedented encounter
I was publicly shouted at and humiliated by a young woman - flashing her eyes, castigating me and pointing her finger in my face. Apparently I had mistakenly opened the wrong door to the public lavatory. Her reaction was extreme and utterly unprofessional. It completely marred my stay and I left Toledo as soon as I possibly could. When we travel alone in your beautiful country, we trust that we will receive the customary kindness and great hospitality. This experience was distressing beyond belief and I would never return.
