A perfect hotel with beautiful views across the sea

The location is excellent. Only a short drive from the airport and right on the beach. We were only staying for one night as we had a late flight into Lanzarote before going to get the ferry to Fuerteventura the next day. It was perfect for what we needed. Friendly staff, easy check-in, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and the pillows were brilliant! Air con and a fan in the room. We’d requested a kettle and cups in the room which were ready for us - just bring your own tea/coffee, but there is also a coffee machine in reception. Go for the sea view rooms as it’s lovely to sit out in the mornings. The beach was so quiet! Didn’t use the restaurant but the buffet breakfast looked really good. We arrived quite late but there was a lovely little bar 1 minute down the road for a late drink and olives. Do stay!

Reasonable choice if you want to spend a short time in Arrecife

It is a reasonable choice, an acceptable compromise between quality and cost, if you want to stay in Arrecife a few days (I would not stay there longer, other parts of Lanzarote are far more beautiful in my opinion). The room was good, also the sea view. Very close to the beach, also close to the bus interchange station.

The see view has limited value if there is a heavily trafficked road in the middle (but that's not the hotel's fault). The quality of the dinner could be improved. I would not recommend Arrecife for a long stay, as already said.

This hotel is perfect! Amazing sea view. Beds super comfy. Breakfast superb.

We changed our rooms to sea view. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The location was perfect - by the beach and by the small bus station. The breakfasts were first-class - so much to choose from, local produce, and excellent quality.

Balcony to beach, close to nice restaurants and center of Arrecife in walking minutes. Fan on every room.

A bit noisy from street traffic and bad sewage covers.

WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT

The reception staff were very friendly.

The hotel was filthy. Sharp paint peeling from the bath tub, rust/mould around Bath, shower head mouldy, unsafe bare electrics plug sockets, air conditioning not working, balcony door was broken... I messaged the hotel and they have not bothered to respond.

An easy option from airport

good location on seafront close to restaurants supermarkets and some bus services

Bath had worm and was rusty on one side but overall very well maintained hotel

Good location on the sea front

Fairly basic hotel but in great location. We paid a little extra for a room with a sea view which was worth the extra. Our balcony overlooked the sea and we enjoyed the sunsets. Friendly staff.

i wish i did not have to leave

right on the beach walking distance to everything you need nice balconies etc... 6km from the airport in the capital of the island ... everything you need is in walking distance the place is kinda geared towards business travelers but it really does not matter

the people working there were super friendly and helpful the bathroom had a bathtub the tv channels in english the food was great just very uncoplicated awesomeness

The location. The staff and the cleanliness

1) The food!! Very repetitive, often eating left overs...lack of variety of desserts ( 4 days with same chocolate mousse) poor quality in general but very good effort for breakfast. 2) lack of facilities such as a kettle in room and maybe 2 chairs in double room....

Enjoyable with excellent view of street, beach and sea.

Room and breakfast were fine.

Food area clean but I suggest concentrated efforts to maintain and/or achieve the highest standards.

The hotel is a non-smoking establishment, which is appreciated. However, it is allowed to smoke on the balcony. This means that smoking neighbors and guests in the restaurant below contaminate your room.

A bit shabby

Good sized room. Good water temperature/pressure. Reasonably priced

Although the hotel is right on the sea front, my room faced in the other direction. The air conditioning didn't work. It made a lot of (fan) noise but no cooling. At least there was a portable fan provided. The WiFi varied from slow to non-existent. The breakfast was mediocre but it was reasonably priced so I can't complain. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The room and the hotel in general was rather shabby.
