Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms, member of staff named Stathis was very nice and helpful!

On arrival we were given water and a fruit bowl which was nice

Bit of a hiccup at the beginning where we were given single beds despite mentioning when booking that it was our anniversary. The man on reception changed the room for us but he didn’t hide that he wasn’t very happy about it.

Disappointing

Not much to like, breakfast was nice and with variety.

It was a deception. I was hoping to relax all afternoon on the pool and then to have a restful night, but ended up feeling disappointed. The pool hours are from 10.30-18.30 which is way too early to close, I couldn't even dive on the pool but there were kids screaming and loud people yelling and drinking to the point that I just left the pool. As for the room, it is dated, the beds were 2 singles placed together. The rooms had ZERO soundproof, I woke up several times with people on the halls or from other rooms... The bathroom door doesnt fully close and the shower had intermitent hot and cold water running. This hotel is badly in need of an update. Definitely not worth the money.

Exceptional

Amazing property, very good service. The receptionists were polite and supportive. The food and beverage team was spot on especially the restaurant manager Thoetoukis who was warm and very kind. Overall, a memorable and comfortable stay.

Bartender Alex made our stay memorable.

Other than the pool area, the hotel can use some updating.

Good Hotel in Close Proximity to Airport

Great hotel close to the airport. Breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Would have loved a non smoking area in the outside eating section.

Good hub for the airport / port

Good location for the airport, pool area and communal areas are kept nicely. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. Fun watching the planes from the bar area.

Rooms are a little dated Taxis into Corfu town are a bit pricey, despite it only being 2 kms

Great pool and breakfast. The hotel was conveniently located right near a bus stop which made getting to and from Old Town easy. The staff we helpful and accommodating when we arrived much earlier than check in time.

our room was non-smoking but it still heavily smelt like it had been a smoking room at some time.

It was an amazing trip and good experience. Thank you:)

The staff are kindly and willing to help. The pool was good also served the towel. The clean lady you can choose to come every day or frequency you like, and they did well. I really like the sofa in the lobby haha it's quite cozy. The price of meal is fair.

The breakfast buffet was good too, but I've eaten for 5 days so would like to try something new and hope could have soup or more kinds of veggies there.

The family room which felt different from the pictures on booking.com so was misleading!

Would certainly stay again

Lots of free parking and location was super! Breakfast was very good with so much choice. Great for our puppy with lots of grass to run around on.

The rooms weren’t best sound proofed. You hear people walking past your room or from within the room next to you.

I liked the pool and the provision of towels, robes and slippers to use it. I also enjoyed the wide selection on the buffet style breakfast. They also had many lifts which meant you needn't wait for one to come for long. The view was also quite enjoyable if you don't mind planes being a little noisy.

I didn't know they provided smoking and non smoking rooms. Ours was a smoking room and as a non smoker the stench was overwhelming. Our air con and extractor in the room wasn't working either. It unfortunately meant every time we had a shower we soaked the whole floor and turned the bathroom into a sauna. They did fix the air con but not the bathroom soaking problem and we had no more information about the fix status. It also looked like the twin room wasn't as advertised and looked as if they just shoved a bed in the corner at the last minute because they had remembered which meant you were sleeping right in the curtain and the plug sockets were covered.

Good

The staff were there to ensure you had a wonderful stay. Always smiling. The buffet breakfast spread was delicious.

The bathroom ventilation wasn’t great, also the glass bathroom door isn’t completely sealed which allowed for scent and noise to escape. Not pleasant if you’re travelling with someone.

The hotel itself is fine, however a few things to keep in mind: 1. The location serves no purpose if you’re not having a car since it’s not close to Corfu town as it is branded. 2. They charge you extra for a lot of things, like mineral water which was out on the table (2€ per bottle), then tourist tax even though booking made it clear all taxes were included when I paid upfront. I wouldn’t have expected that from a 4 star hotel. 3. It may just be bad luck, but we had really loud people on the hotel (next to us and above) at 6am and onwards. Overall a very average experience and not impressed with this hotel.

Very good

The room was really spacious, and the bathroom was spacious as well! The view is nice from either side, you either get a look at nature or Corfu from above (depending on the side your room is on). The breakfast is super-rich, and there is abundance in all foods. The room was clean, and the daily cleaning service did a great job. The personnel was very friendly, and they catered to every single one of our requests.

The bathroom's door was an opaque glass door which did not seal from top to bottom (there was about an inch of margin between the door and the floor). As a result, the bathroom was not soundproof. Furthermore, our bathroom's ventilation was probably not working, but we didn't bother informing the personnel about that. I am sure that if we had informed, they would have taken action, because they were very helpful in general.
