Staff were very friendly, I loved the girl who was working on breakfast, her name is Karen, she was always so positive and give you a smile all the time- very nice start of the day!!!

The location was perfect, the staff and amenities are on point. Breakfast was delicious.
The carpets in the hallways are in need of some updating.

The location is very good, the hotel and gardens are very good. The breakfast buffet was good and had a nice selection of food
We have stayed 3 times, this year we booked a suite with shared pool and have previously stayed in a family suite and the bungalows. This year it was a little disappointing as there were only 2 sun loungers with our room and we are a family of 4. When I asked if more could be provided I was not given a solution and the next morning our loungers had been moved to a grass bank opposite the pool where we could have to walk past everyone’s private terraces to get to them and also there were not enough for the number of guests staying in the hotel. I would not pay the premium price for this type of room again as we had to use the main pool area due to lack of loungers and accessing them. There was also a dreadful smell of drains coming from our ensuite at times which could be smelled from the bedroom.
