It was very close to the beach and local places to eat as well as bars. It was a fairly quiet family oriented hotel which was what we wanted.
The price we paid was cheap enough in the school holidays so we overlooked it wasn't a large hotel or that the facilities needed upgrading.
The location is what is ideal about this hotel especially if you want everything in pretty much walking distance.
The room was a let down to be honest, it needed serious upgrading. Paint chipping off the walls, a broken fridge where the door came right off when you opened it. The shower seals were coming lose.
The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on and gave me the worst back ache, if you have back issues dont book this hotel. The hotel beds that my children slept in were old and squeaked when you moved, the bases of the bed were also noticeably dirty. We had tiny ants in our apartment running across the work tops and floor, so you must store food properly in the room as they get in the food.
I am pretty sure we all got bitten a lot in the hotel by insects and were scratching a lot.
The hotel pool is nice but too small, we have stayed in much better places.
