Loved my stay at Vila Galé Collection Elvas! The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the pools and spa. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The location is also fantastic, right in the city center and within easy reach of Elvas' main attractions. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.
Service at the bar could be a little quicker at times, although the staff were always friendly and courteous.

Location is good for easy access into town, we didn't eat in the hotel as it was to expensive, we had breakfast in town for a fraction of the cost.
Our motorbikes were parked in every awkward corner they could find even though there were empty car spaces available, we can easily park three motorbikes in one car space, the annoying thing is we had to pay to park in awkward corners.

We arrived on a motorbike very wet and cold and had problems with no Spanish getting the barrier to the car park lifted, which didn’t put me in the best of spirits
