Absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful parador. Everything was great, the food, the room , with a balcony and a great view, and the staff
I was a little sad to discover that I wasn’t able to use the pool. Apparently it closes after 28th of September 🙁

Loved my stay at Vila Galé Collection Elvas! The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the pools and spa. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The location is also fantastic, right in the city center and within easy reach of Elvas' main attractions. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.
Service at the bar could be a little quicker at times, although the staff were always friendly and courteous.

We arrived on a motorbike very wet and cold and had problems with no Spanish getting the barrier to the car park lifted, which didn’t put me in the best of spirits
