Gute Unterkunft

Alles sauber und ruhig. Es liegt nicht zentral und es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, aber für mich war das nicht relevant.

Los servicios en la habitación. Baño completo con agua caliente, nevera pequeña para guardar agua y demás, caja fuerte gratuita, balcón con mobiliario, mantas extras...

La cama me pareció algo incómoda, pero es cuestión de gustos.

Very nice stay and great value for money.

Good room with a fridge and enough storage area for clothing etc. Bathroom very good and the shower was very decent too. Staff excellent at all times.

Nothing not to like really, I did suffer a bit for an hour or more from some noisy and drunken people next door to me at 04-00 a.m on the Sunday but weekends are weekends everywhere I suppose on that issue. Complained to staff who apologised for the problem. The hotel is a fair walk from the city centre so all fine if you like walking like I do, otherwise you'll need a taxi or bus.

Exceptional

Comfy beds and quiet during nights, little fridge, wardrobe for clothes, air conditioning and wi-fi in room, nice bathroom with shower and hot water. Everything clean. Nice balcony with chairs overlooking road at the front of the hotel. Nice housekeeping lady passed me some toiletries I asked for. Hotel is in fairly quiet and safe residential area, nice cafe with friendly service next door, in the same building. A few grocery shops close by. Lots of cars parked on the roads, so parking may be hit and miss, although we always managed to find a spot somewhere nearby. 20min enjoyable walk down the promenade to Plaza de Espana, also about 10min drive to Teresita beach.

On arrival, reception could not find our reservation. After 10-15 min wait and a phone call, receptionist managed to check us in and apologised. The light at the balcony ceiling doesn't have a switch. It turns on automatically in the evening and turns off about 22.00, so if you want to go to bed earlier, it may disturb you, unless you close the blinds.

Great value for money

The staff was really nice. The room was perfect size and everything was super clean. The pressure of the water was great.

The walls are a bit thin and it is easy to hear the cleaners in the morning.

Superb

After some experience I am happy to have found this Hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It´s a quiet place to enjoy a relaxed night, nice room atmosphere with balcony, fridge, television, safe. Clean and comfortable, nothing to complain. A simple and good restaurant in the neighborhouse, only 200m away a supermarket, cafés, bakery and fruit shop.

Great value for money and fairly close to city centre

Hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the botanical gardens. Manager was very honest and allowed us to change the date of our stay without any extra charge even though we had missed the notification period by 1 day.

Not many shops or cafes close to the hotel and hotel doesn’t offer breakfast.

Pleasant

Beds were quite comfy, and the city is within reach on foot. The room was big enough to not feel cramped, and the bath area was nice.

In the bathroom, the light switch was broken and we broke it even further when we tried to turn the light off. The receptionist's English was so bad that they didn't even know the word "light switch". Even if the city is reachable, it's still pretty far away (more 25min than 10).

Worth it

for the price the room was really nice and clean. The toilet was very clean and the layout was good.

The walls a wafer thin, to extent at which I could hear a person snoring next door. The beds are not the most comfortable and the amenities are lacking. However for the price it’s a great place to stay.

they check you in very early - 12:30 :) the hotel is located in a very quiet street, very clean room, all you need in the bathroom that is very clean too. nice reception service, parking for free in the streets nearby, there is a bar/cafe next door where you can grab a good breakfast for under 5euro (or beer/wine later on during the day), good-sized balcony compensates for not the greatest size of the room. bakeries nearby. 15mins of walking and you are in the centre of Santa Cruz.

Room okay, bathroom - good, neibourhood quite, beds too hard, plain walls - hear all the noises.

Really nice Bathroom with bath and shower. Balcony okay.

Beds. They used on one bed some kind a uncofortable, unbreathing, noise making protection sheets that I suppose could he used for kids protecting from peeing in the bed. Other bed had normal bedsheets. That was really wierd. Mattress was hard and not confortable for me, no warmer blankets on beds. Was hard to sleep. I had a room next to stair ways. From 8:00 am people traffic, noises, door slamming. The walls are really thin, so couldn't sleep normally, because if that. Make sure they at least give You room further away from the stairs.
