staff are really kind and gentle. room is cozy and comfortable. location of the hotel is perfect and very close to almost every touristic place in the city. breakfast is good and lady in there is really lovely. I like everything about the hotel. I definetly recommend everyone.

The warm welcome. Staff were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed.
The breakfast was amazing. Fresh bread and pastries eggs juice jams cheese. Set us up for the day.

Location was easy to walk to train station and center of town.

The room corresponded well to the pictures in the ad. The room was renovated and nice. Our room was on the first floor and the view was towards the bus station. The location is good. The breakfast was cozy with fresh bakery products.

Everything, but what I liked the most was that everything was clean. Also breakfast was incredible, there was a lot of variety. Attention was 10/10
I think everything was great. Maybe something they could improve would be cleaning the stair walls which were a bit dirty in the bottom, but that's the only detail I would say could be improved.

Everything was delightful: very nice hotel, delicious breakfast, its location was perfect in the centre of Bruges and with a bus station just in front of the hotel, and the owners of the hotel were extremely helpful, friendly and warm! We'll definitely come back!

The staff were very helpful and polite. My son is gluten free and dairy free, I am also on a plant based diet, the hotel made arrangements so that we had everything. The hotel and room was very clean.

I will come here again definitely. The stuff is really friendly.
The best was a very small dog at the reception, the boss. He is literally oinking and grunting like a pig if you start to pet him. Even only this was already a worth to go in this Hotel! :-)

The staff were very friendly. The location is perfect. It's on the border of the old town center. Almost all interesting sites are within 5-10 minutes walk. The breakfast was delicious.

the toilet is better than the double room. the breakfast was excellent and the lady in the breakfast was too kind and very nice. location also is perfect in center.
double room is very small that you can’t move and the carpet is dark , the stairs to the rooms old and tight, also the mattress is moving from its place .
