Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - an easy bus ride to the centre and very easy to get out of Oxford from here by car to visit Blenheim Palace and surrounding countryside. The room was very comfortable although the 3rd bed could have been removed before our stay rather than left in the middle of the room!

Parking on site and located very close to the park and ride. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff member polite.
Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at published check in time and no lounge or bar area to relax in or purchase refreshments whilst we waited. There were limited seats in the Reception area but not enough to accommodate ourselves and all of our friends. There was no toilet paper in the room and our friend’s room didn’t have a bathroom blind so they took turns holding up a towel at the window! At breakfast, despite arriving an hour before the end of service, there were no mugs or cutlery. We had to request these and they were then delivered one by one.
